PeevyProduction is currently accepting auditions for The Lead Conspiracy, an original
Science Fiction • Alternate History • Mystery • Political Thriller audio drama.
At its heart, The Lead Conspiracy is not about counterfeit gold or political corruption. It is about what happens when a society begins to doubt the systems that hold it together.
After a deadly factory explosion uncovers evidence of counterfeit gold, a team of civic investigators finds themselves confronting a conspiracy operating from within the very institutions meant to protect society.

ABOUT THE CURRENT CASTING CALL
PRODUCTION DETAILS
Review the basic production requirements before submitting an audition.
Eligibility: Actors must be 18 or older.
Production Type: Remote/group sessions, contracted.
Compensation: Paid. Role-specific rates and contract information are linked below.
Audition Window: June 15–July 6, 2026.
Callback Period: During July, if needed.
Final Casting Decisions: By late July 2026.
Recording Period: August 1–November 30, 2026.
Communication: Primarily email during casting, transitioning to Discord after selection.
Sessions: Scheduled table reads and live-directed recording sessions via Discord &/or Zencastr. Must be able to record lines during live sessions.
Retakes: No more than one round of retakes is expected unless otherwise agreed.
AUDIO SUBMISSION Rules
Recording:
Use the same microphone and recording environment you intend to use if cast.
File Format:
Submit no more than one Demo and four character files, no longer than five minutes and no larger than 10 MB.
Required Settings:
Mono audio MP3 file at 44.1 kHz and 128–192 kbps.
General voiceover demo:
Showcase your vocal range, acting ability, and typical recording quality.
File Name: YourName_VoiceDemo.mp3
Character Auditions:
Upload one separate MP3 file for each character you are auditioning for.
File Name: YourName_CharacterName.mp3
Example: JohnSmith_Garen.mp3
Editing:
Remove obvious mistakes and unnecessary silence, but do not add music, sound effects, compression, equalization, artificial reverb, pitch correction, or other processing.
Do not include a spoken slate in the Character Audition files.
Additional Info about this show
This show will be for mature audiences and will contain some cursing, and violence. No explicit sexual scenes, however innuendo’s and sexual tones are possible.

ADDITIONAL ROLE NOTICE
Because this is an independent production with a limited budget, one actor may be offered separate characters under different contract tiers.
Selecting “Yes” for Additional Roles only gives the casting team permission to consider you. It does not obligate you to accept another role.
Every additional character, compensation arrangement, and contract tier will be disclosed before you agree to the role.
